1. Shipping Locations
Nationwide Delivery (Nigeria): Doorstep delivery across all 36 states, including Lagos, Abuja, Port Harcourt, Abeokuta, Ibadan, Kano, and Enugu.
International Shipping: Selected destinations including the UK, USA, UAE, Canada, and other eligible countries. Availability may vary by courier coverage.
2. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed after successful payment confirmation.
- Ready-to-Wear: 1–3 business days.
- Bespoke & Custom: 7–14 business days. Timelines are confirmed during consultation.
Processing may take longer during weekends, public holidays, or promotional periods.
3. Payments
Accepted: Visa, Mastercard, Verve, Bank Transfer, and Flutterwave Secure Checkout.
- Ready-to-wear items must be paid in full before processing.
- Bespoke/custom orders require an agreed deposit before production; balances must be settled before delivery/collection.
4. Delivery Timelines
- Within Nigeria: 3–7 business days.
- International Orders: 7–21 business days.
Timelines are estimates and subject to logistics, weather, and customs.
5. Shipping Fees
Fees are calculated at checkout based on destination, package weight, dimensions, and courier service. Look out for our Free Shipping Promotions for orders over ₦100,000 within Lagos and Ota.
6. Order Tracking
Upon dispatch, you will receive a confirmation via Email/WhatsApp, including a tracking number where applicable to monitor your shipment via the courier’s portal.
7. International Customs & Duties
Customers are responsible for import duties, customs charges, VAT, or local taxes. T & T Labels is not liable for delays resulting from customs clearance procedures.
8. Delivery Issues
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, contact us within 48 hours for an investigation and resolution.
