T & T Labels reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate access to any user who:
- Attempts to disrupt, damage, or misuse the website’s technical infrastructure.
- Reproduces, copies, distributes, or exploits our content without written authorization.
- Provides false, misleading, or fraudulent billing, payment, or shipping information.
- Uses the website in violation of applicable laws and regulations.
2. Product Information & Variations
- Product colors may vary slightly due to differences in screen displays and device settings.
- Handcrafted, bespoke, and made-to-order garments may exhibit minor variations that reflect the uniqueness of the production process.
- T & T Labels reserves the right to correct any pricing, description, or inventory errors at any time.
3. Orders & Acceptance
An order confirmation does not constitute final acceptance of an order. We reserve the right to cancel or decline orders due to pricing errors, stock limitations, or suspected fraud. Customers will be notified promptly if an order cannot be fulfilled.
4. Payments
- Payment must be completed in full before ready-to-wear items are processed and shipped.
- Bespoke and made-to-measure orders require an agreed deposit before production begins, with balances settled before delivery/collection.
- Payments are processed securely through Flutterwave and other approved providers (Visa, Mastercard, Verve, Bank Transfer).
5. Bespoke & Custom Orders
Customers are responsible for providing accurate measurements and design requirements. Once production has commenced, bespoke orders are non-refundable and non-cancellable. T & T Labels is not responsible for fitting issues arising from inaccurate customer measurements.
6. Delivery & Collection
Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics, weather, or customs. Ownership and risk transfer to the customer upon successful delivery or collection.
7. Intellectual Property
All logos, textile designs, imagery, and content are the exclusive property of T & T Labels. Unauthorized use may result in legal action under copyright and intellectual property laws.
8. Limitation of Liability
Our liability shall be limited to the amount paid by the customer for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Nigerian courts.
