Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

At T & T Labels, we are committed to delivering premium-quality fashion products. This policy explains the conditions under which returns, exchanges, alterations, and refunds may be granted.

1. Return Window

Customers may request a return, exchange, or report a product issue within 3 calendar days (72 hours) from the date of delivery. Requests submitted after this period may not be eligible.

2. Products Eligible for Return

Returns will only be considered if:

  • The item is defective due to manufacturing.
  • The item differs significantly from the order.
  • The wrong size, color, or design was delivered.
  • The item arrived damaged due to shipping.

3. Conditions for Accepted Returns

To qualify, products must be:

  • Unused, unworn, and unwashed.
  • Free from stains, perfumes, deodorants, or odors.
  • Returned with all original tags, labels, and packaging.

4. Bespoke, Made-to-Measure & Custom Orders

Important Notice: All bespoke, custom-made, and made-to-measure garments are produced specifically for you and are non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable. Once production has commenced, cancellation is not permitted.

We provide a Fit Adjustment Guarantee for production errors. This does not apply if incorrect measurements were supplied by the customer or if body measurements changed after ordering.

5. Alteration Policy

Alteration requests resulting from production errors must be reported within 3 days of delivery. Customers may need to visit our showroom or provide photographic/video evidence of the issue.

7. Exchange Policy

Eligible ready-to-wear products may be exchanged within 3 days if the wrong size/item was delivered or if a manufacturing defect exists. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

8. Refund Policy

Refunds are issued only if an approved return cannot be replaced. Processed within 5–10 business days via original payment method or bank transfer.

9. Shipping & Delivery Claims

Any delivery issue (missing items, damaged packages) must be reported within 24 hours of receipt.
