1. General Return Guidelines
Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery for eligible items. To qualify for a return, items must be:
- Unused, unworn, and in original condition
- All tags and packaging must remain intact
- Purchased directly from T & T Labels official platforms
2. Eligible Returns
You may initiate a return if:
- The item is defective or damaged upon arrival
- You received an incorrect item or size
- There is a verifiable manufacturing defect
All returned items undergo a thorough inspection before approval.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Important Note on Bespoke Garments
Because custom-made and bespoke garments are created specifically to your measurements, they are non-returnable and non-refundable. We offer a fit guarantee and will work with you to ensure adjustments are made if necessary.
Additionally, the following cannot be returned:
- Limited-edition or final sale items
- Items that have been washed, altered, or show signs of wear
4. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our support team within the 7-day window. You will need to provide your order number and clear product details.

5. Refunds & Exchanges
Refunds: Processed within 5–7 business days after inspection. Funds will be issued to your original payment method.
Exchanges: Available for the same product in a different size, subject to stock availability.
6. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service; T & T Labels is not responsible for items lost during return transit.
